General:
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the UK. UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from Orisis Crystals Ltd.
No Order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the Order has been dispatched by the Seller. We will confirm that the Order has been dispatched by a Dispatch Confirmation email. This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Orisis Crystals LTD of your offer to buy goods from us.
Prices:
The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. No additional charges are added VAT is included in the prices.
Promo Codes:
Promo Codes must be entered before checkout and payment. Only one discount or special offer can be entered per order and must not be used on open boxes from the live sales. Discounts cannot be claimed after checkout has been completed.
Promotional discounts are no longer available on the Offer Ends date.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of order. Goods remain the property of Orisis Crystals LTD until the order is fully paid for.
Warranty:
Crystals, minerals and fossils are sold as seen and can often be delicate, brittle and contain natural flaws due to their nature. Crystals, minerals and fossils may also alter colour or structure over time.
We will have agreement between Ourselves (Orisis Crystals LTD) and you, if failure to pay for your items in the agreed time frame your items will be put back and you will not be refunded by paying the deposit you agree to the terms and conditions.
Acceptance of terms
By placing an order with Orisis Crystals Ltd the buyer is agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
